I can´t reset Google Listings $ Ads

My Google account is always “on loading”.

I have deleted Google Listings and reinstalled it, i tried to deactivate all the plugins except Woocommerce and Google Listings and Ads, i checked the Php version is higher than de 7.4 and non of these work.

Does somebody know what else i have to try to link my Google Account again with Google Listings and Ads?
