anchor point not functioning on webpage

Hi All,

Hoping for some support getting anchors setup on my webpage. In my header I have my tabs and sub-tabs within. I would like when clicked for it to jump to the particular section of the page. I have the id set which I will show in the screenshot below. From what I’ve read, the url should be altitudemount.com/services/#standard-mounting but it does not jump to that portion of the page when “TV Mounting” under the “services” tab is clicked. Appreciate any support in advance.
