Works quite well! – [Translate WordPress with GTranslate] Review

We used it for a site to add a Chinese version. Several nice things:

Autotranslation is available.

If you do not like that, you can easily teach someone how to use the Gtranslate interface to update the translation.

URLs for each page are created with the language slug. For example:

example.com/whatever
becomes
example.com/zh-CN/whatever
for the Chinese version.  I believe they may have a subdomain option but that was not what we needed.

They provide a little widget with a few options for language selection by the end user, easy enough to style with CSS, IF you need to.

The free version is “good enough” for nonprofits on a budget. The paid version provides “neural” translation and you can manually edit translations.
