SSO Disabled. Please contact the administrator. Error fetching access token

Hi,
I bought a pro version of the plugin but am having issues with it.

  1. Firstly, I can’t restore my account at https://wp-oauth.com/ – the password reset email doesn’t come.
  2. Secondly, I’m having issue with the plugin itself. It seems that I have set everything up correctly, but I’m receiving the following error:
    SSO Disabled. Please contact the administrator
    Error fetching access token
