Problem with emails and time

Because admin removed my posts, I have to open a new topic.

After today update (to version 4.2.3.5) nothing has change. Admin, Instructor and users do not get emails after finished course. Of course in settings the options to send emails are turn on.

Mail logs (by plugin SMTP in WP), but also logs on server do not give any information. Beucase plugin just do not send those emails (I can see logs about new order, new user etc… but not about finished course)

You just stop responding to previos topic (start by @marijnstenvert , but this problem is very annoying, because as the admin, I have to check every user from last 2 weeks EVERYDAY and check if they finished the course (by page /profil/user/my-courses/ ).
What is important – if the admin finish course, emails sometimes work correct. But with normal user it is not at all.
