[NSFW] Customer bank statement Setting

In Woo Payments (this page: wc-settings&tab=checkout&section=woocommerce_payments) there is a field: Customer bank statement.

I have changed the receiving bank details on my site and that works well. However there is another setting that I cannot resolve: Customer bank statement (as above)

Where does the setting come from, how is this set and where is it used please?
