Links on Footer Not Accessible

Hi Team, hope you can help me.

I recently started using Newsup theme but I’m having this issue with footer links, that are not accessible (it is as if a link is not even there). It happens across all pages, but you can check the homepage as an example: https://tekaki.pt/

When I’m logged in, I can access the links on any page.

The button to get to the top of the page is also not working.
