Issue with Loading Page with Loading Screen extension

The issue is randoom. If I deactivate the plugin or clear cache from the admin bar button, the issue is not present. Next maybe after 40 min or when cache will be automatically purged or managed, the issue comes back again and the loading screen is not showed anymore.
