bookingpress issue on mobile device

There is an outstanding serious issue with bookingpress plugin for customers to make an appointment via mobile device. It works find with laptaop & computer. The issue is that No time slot came out if you tried to book 1 day later. for example, today is 9/14/24 if you tried to book an appointment after 9/14/24 no time shot will show up. It is just spinning. We reported the issue to bookingpress support team and got the feedback below from them to ask you (hosting provider) to check the server settings on our website.
