Total Change in Layout and Unresponsive Mobile Design after update

After updating Zakra, I noticed that the whole layout of my website changed. I adjusted it on desktop but found that it became unresponsive on mobile. I use WP Page Builder in building my site. Is there an easy way to make the site more mobile-friendly? And why did it change the whole layout in the first place?
