How to include products in the “New order” notification email

The “New order” email that’s sent to the site Admin when someone makes a purchase only contains “Congratulations on the sale.” in its body. Is there a way to include a list of all the products that have been purchased? Perhaps a plugin or some PHP code to be added to the templates? Thanks.
