2 commissions (one time + yearly)

Hi,
is it possible to pay two commissions for some products?
Example:
OneTime Commision: 10 $ + Yearly Commision: 20 $
(So in the first year = $ 30)

If it’s not possible. Would there be an workaround for adding the onetime commision manuell?
