Problem with emails with ne order

Hi, from time to time I have a problem with automatic sending emils to customers with new order information. It works ok with some orders and then with some orders does not work. Even if i push it to send again informationa about new order to customer, it said: “it was sent” but it is not ! Where is the problem ?
