YITH requesting Admin access to fix social login issue

I’m having issue setting up FB and Google for social login. I’m being asked by YITH to provide admin access to my site to help resolve issue. I believe social login is an important feature for my site but as a non-technical site owner, I’m feeling unease with this request. Can I get some justification and consensus that such ask is normal in the industry? Thanks in advance.
