Wordfence free not working | WordPress.org

I was getting blocks on my website but now I see the following error: No blocks have been recorded.

I’ve checked few settings under “All options” and I’ve changed nothing on the plugin settings, some of the statues below.

Web Application Firewall Status – enabled and protecting

All others with default settings and nothing changed – it stopped working like 3 weeks ago.

Where can I check what is causing this? What could have caused this?
