Use standard Purchase Button instead of Paypal Smart Button

Hi, my webshop uses a 3-step checkout (using the Germanized plugin):

1. enter user info
2. select payment method
3. order review with standard purchase button, with customized caption: “Order with obligation to pay”

For legal reasons, we need the button to have exactly this caption. With the Woocommerce Paypal Payments plugin, I was only to achieve the following:

• Smart Buttons configured for location Classic Checkout:
  -> Paypal payment methods available in step 2 above
  -> but step 3 above shows the Paypal Smart button and not the standard purchase button
  or:
• No Smart Buttons configured for any location.
  -> Paypal payment methods unavailable in step 2 above

How can I disable Smart Buttons and still offer Paypal as payment method? It’s OK to implement a filter or a hook.
