Upgrade error | WordPress.org

Hello,

I am new to WordPress and I have a site with an old version that I need to upgrade.

After the upgrade I get an error about:
add_action(‘init’, ‘cptui_register_my_taxes_collection’)

This line is in the functions.php file of the theme.

If I disable it, everything works fine.

I would like to know if it is ok to disable it, I can’t find what is this code for.
