Unable to edit Heads or Footer on current Version

Hi

I am unable to edit with elementor on items. I have this with multiple sites on different servers on the latest version. There is something blocking it and it just sits on loading permanently.

Solution I found is to duplicate the footer and then edit with elementor and trash the old one. But you have to do this everytime to need to make an edit.

Please can you look into this and see what is happening.
