Unable to change social icons color in footer

Hi all – I’ve been trying to change the color of my social media icons in my footer to white (currently it’s black) unsuccessfully. I’ve tried to change the Icon Color in the block settings to white but it’s still black, however, changing the Icon background works. Appreciate any help! Thanks.
