Ultimate Member Restricted Shop Access

I am trying to repair broken shop restricted access, and i don’t know what settings they changed. We have a shop that was restricted by user login and is now no longer restricted. I have tried changing the settings but can not seem to get it back to restricted.

We are using Ultimate member to allow access to everyone and using gutenberg blocks to block access, from what I can tell. maybe?

I checked the WP settings content control and the shop page is listed under the restriction editor under the user type as well as the other pages

I am not an expert in this area but would appreciate any advice on how we can fix the site!
