The Radio Button and The styling doesn’t work.

Hi there, I am trying to create a request quote form with forminator. But I am facing issues with the styling.

Firstly, If you go to the page. You will see that the styling isn’t working. If you click any field that has dropdown, you will see that the background isn’t visible. Although I have added the background color on the backend. Also, if you click the calender, you will see that the background is transparent.

And Secondly, The radio buttons aren’t working. Its not clickable. Please check the page and you will understand.
