String Translate Page Style Issue with Search Filter

If you open any page then click on “Translate Page” from admin bar and then go to “String Translation” tab and the “Slugs” tab is selected by default.
If you navigate to any other tab from the remaining three, this issue will happen:
The search bar with position: absolute; will overlap other elements and it needs margin top to appear correctly.
If you refresh the page while the tab is selected trp-string-translation=true#/gettext/ it will appear correctly due to an added inline style margin-block-start: 4em; so this style should be applied to the element by default in some way.
