Splitting a column into two blocks vertically

Hi,
I am very new to WordPress and my question may be more generic WordPress, than OceanWP.

I have two columns – text on the left and an image on the right.

However, I want to add a Call to Action button under the image (to the right of the lower half of my text) which says something along the lines of “Make an appointment now to discuss.” and upon clicking the button the user is taken to the Contact page. I will have about six pages similar to this page.

My challenge is how to a place the Button under the image?
