Site Builder is far too resource intensive

I have a few sites that have 50+ custom layouts via hooks. Loading them all into the new site builder is way too much. It’s resulting in “Service Unavailable” on the screenshots. Obviously sticking to table view, but this overall is not a good look. I’d like for table view to be the default.

I’d create a ticket for the Pro version, but this seems like a big enough issue to report publicly.
