Sending Service has been temporarily suspended

Hi, I am trying to set up mail poet. When I am trying to send a preview of a newsletter to myself I am getting this error – “The email could not be sent due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The email could not be sent: MailPoet Sending Service has been temporarily suspended for your site due to degraded email deliverability. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue. “

Can you help resolve this? I have not sent any emails/ newsletter yet and am trying to set my mailpoet.
