I have two questions related to our integration with WooCommerce Stripe, as outlined below:
1. Missing Information in Stripe Reports
When reviewing payment reports, I noticed that some crucial information available in WooCommerce PayPal reports is missing from the Stripe reports. Specifically, I am unable to view:
- Sold SKU Information
- Number of Units Sold
I reached out to the Stripe CS team, and they advised me to inquire with WooCommerce plugin. The data mentioned above is crucial for our sales and data analysis. Could you please let me know if there is a way to access this information via the Stripe dashboard?
2. Payment Button Loading Issue
When using WooCommerce Stripe payments, I noticed that the payment button appears or takes time to load depending on the customer’s environment. Is there a way to simply have a “Checkout” button, after which the customer can select their preferred payment method, rather than displaying specific payment buttons directly?
3. Onboarding Resources for WooCommerce Stripe Plugin
Are there any onboarding sessions or web documents available specifically for merchants like us who are in the process of integrating WooCommerce Stripe? It would be helpful to have access to such resources.
