Product attributes not registering from csv import

I’ve imported 100’s of new products into Woocommerce using a csv file. Everything seems to be working well, except none of the attributes are registering in the attributes, hence they are not showing up in any filters.

You can see here a published product has an attribute “3 Blades”, but in the attributes tab, there are 0 products with the attribute “3 Blades”.

If I remove the attribute and create it again manually, I can select “3 Blades” by clicking on it. This then registers the attribute and it becomes searchable. It also looks different, which may be the problem?

I’m hoping I don’t have to manually apply all of the attributes to every product. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
