Problem with mobile auto translate

Hello.
I want to use the plugin to translate the main fields of my site into Bulgarian.
My goal is not to be multilingual and I don’t want the site to switch languages.
I made the language menu to be in the footer, but on mobile it wants to be clicked to be able to translate the site.
What could be the reason and can I submit to have the site translated while loading?

Please view it on a mobile device. I test it on iPhone with Safari and Chrome browsers. It doesn’t work on both. After clicking on the footer, the site is translated.
