Placing posts on a specific page (YITH Wonder Theme)

I would like to have new posts I create located on a specific page. However, every time I create a new post, it only shows up on my homepage/landing page. I would like it to show up exclusively on a different page and not my homepage at all. How can I do that? I have Wonder Theme by YITH. The directions I’m finding on the internet to do this don’t seem to apply to the YITH Wonder theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
