PayPal option not showing up in checkout payments list.

Hi there, This is a pretty old site (5+ years) and we’ve just updated everything and I cannot get Paypal to show up in the checkout. Everything is fine in the backend. Have checked multiple times. Enabled, connected to Paypal. I have tried the old “PayPal Standard” payment method (why is that still there? isn’t it depreciated) and the new WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin. Definitely connected to PayPal and looking all good but simply does not show at the checkout. I have tried switching to Twenty Twenty Four theme (fresh install) and turning off all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Payments but the issue still persists. No issues in the logs (woocommerce, or wordpress). I’m stumped.
