Origin Unknown on Custom Form

Hi, I’m unable to use the woocommerce_checkout_after_customer_details to get attribution data (as per few other threads e.g https://wordpress.org/support/topic/order-attribution-origin-unknown/ , https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-order-section-column-origin/ , https://wordpress.org/support/topic/order-marketing-attribution/) as it is a custom form and not a woocommerce chekout form. Just wondering if we can still fix/use the Origin data without using the hook for a custom form?

We really need the attribution to be working as we’re looking into doing paid marketing soon.
