Offloading Media Management / CDN Media

I’m looking for more information on how to work with offloading media without storing anything locally. Specifically, I’d like to understand how to rescript local media and bypass image uploading when using the media manager.

We want to be able to upload images directly to Bunny CDN, including when using tools like WP All Import. Our current Bunny CDN setup is quite complex with 1 million plus images, so we’re in need of a comprehensive solution to manage everything effectively as local media would be massive.
