WordPres.org merely provides the free WordPress software… and doesn’t host any user’s website content.

As such, WordPress.org cannot control what people do with the software — just as Microsoft cannot control what people write with their Microsoft Word software, and Ford cannot control where people drive their cars to.

The two places you can report this are:

1) The company hosting the site
2) Law enforcement
