Not connecting | WordPress.org

Hi,

I installed Video Conferencing with Webex, I communicated with Webex support and the app is still not connecting. I have this error message:

“The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax.”

Webex said it is not on their end, they asked for the HAR file and it seems that the plugin has a bug.
