No index, no follow not working, plugin created 40k pages

I use this paid plugin as well as several paid Yith plugins.

This plugin added over 40k pages to my site and killed our seo, decimated it.

I contacted support and was told to toggle some SEO settings for not follow no index, but that DID not prevent Google from indexing.

3 days after making the SEO choices (that should have been the default options), Google is still discovering and indexing pages.

We use Yoast also. I need a code that will fix this, please. I saw one sent to a rank math user and I need something that will work for my site. All pages have ?yith_wcan= in the url so I tried adding that to a Disallow on robots, but that did not work.

I need a solution, please.
