How to send tracking data to PayPal programmatically?

Hi,

We use YITH WooCommerce Order & Shipment Tracking plugin that allows us to bulk upload a csv file containing tracking numbers for multiple orders.

But we are still entering tracking no. and selecting carrier manually for each order to update PayPal tracking no.

Is it possible to bulk upload or programmatically update PayPal tracking no.?

I checked the documentation at https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/wiki/Actions-and-Filters#add-custom-tracking-carrierstatus
But it seems to only describe how to modify tracking data.
