How to customize mapped subdomain?

Can’t find where to customize the mapped subdomain name for the chosen page. I presume the default setting is:

• Original: example.com/abc
• Alias: abc.example.com

But it does not work for me. I cannot access the page via alias. Neither the original page url is redirected to alias.

Might be due to Nginx configuration. Is it?
