Sorry, but we only appreciate if you use the review section here to give your opinion about the plugin’s functionality (as intended by this forum) and not about our support staffs. You can rate our support staffs using the review section of the live chat widget which you were using on our website.

Also, per my check, I can see that it took only about 7 minutes from your last message for our team to respond to you, after which you abandoned the chat.
