HEADER LOGO NOT WORK | WordPress.org

I noticed that by inserting the logo into the template, when viewing the site on the PC the logo is too high up compared to the navigation bar, it disappears, while when viewing the smartphone the site reappears. Is there a possibility to correct this error?
