If you allow us to assist with the YouTube behavior you experienced, we will be glad to do so. Feel free to share an URL to such a page where we can see the behavior, and we’ll look into it.

Also if the need ever arises, you can disable specific Integrations in Complianz. This would allow you to disable the single Integration that causes the issue on your site (Complianz -> Integrations), such as “YouTube”, which would allow you to keep using the plugin; without affecting the YouTube elements.

I actually deleted the plugin but I’ll get it again and try disabling YouTube integration. We try to collect as little data as possible from our visitors and we don’t use their personal information for anything other than processing orders. We don’t use mailing lists either so we’re looking to make the site ‘tick the boxes’ for GDPR at minimum level. I’ll try again and report back. Thanks.
