Fix Meta Box Positions – Stripe Payments

I went to modify product descriptions and prices via Stripe Payments >> Products but the product
descriptions are not available in its usual position [top] to edit.

There is a small description option/window available in the lower right sidebar but it is not a viable route to editing or creating products/services. The window can be expanded, however, any edits will not be updated.

I cannot run my business with these issues. I have screenshots + a screen recording + I am willing to provide access to my WordPress Dashboard without a password to examine the situation.

This occurred after the latest WordPress update. I have no idea how to restore the Meta Box Positions – I am not a developer.

So that is coming from some kind of plugin or theme that you installed which messed up the default meta box positions.

I have attached a screenshot that shows what I see when I log into your site so you can see that in general what the default positions of the meta boxes are:

This is not something we can control from within our plugin so here are some options that you can try yourself:

1) Use the up/down arrows in the corner of each meta box to change their positions.

2) Reset your browser’s cookie so it might load with the default positions (your browser remembers the last meta boxes positions so removing cookies can be helpful to remove the browser’s memory).

3) The following tweak might help you to reset your user’s meta box positions to default. However, this one might be dangerous if you are not familiar with it:

Upon checking your screenshots, you can tell them that none of the troubleshooting steps work on your end, see if they can provide a workaround since you are not a developer.
