Filters in popup | WordPress.org

I am wanting to know, with the Product Bundles Popup, can you add product filters inside the popup?
For example, I am building a site for a client who sells jewellery, I will be using the product bundles so that customers can choose the diamond for the ring settings, but I would like to be able to also have filters in the popup so they can narrow down their search of the diamonds (ie. by shape, carats etc).
