Extremely Slow | WordPress.org

Hello,

We have a powerful server and our WordPress is optimized perfectly with NGINX, MariaDB, WP Rocket, and Redis Object Cache. The thing is that, If I approve the reviews by selecting 1 or more reviews as seen below, it always takes 1 minute or more to approve the review(s).

However, If I directly click the Approve button without selecting a review, it works perfectly perfect and takes only 5-10 milliseconds

Additionally, If I click the “Settings” menu, it returns an error: “The link you followed has expired.“
