Empty Folders & Files page

Hi,

I kindly ask for an help with my Media Library Folders installation.
I used it for days without problems but now it stop to work.
The Folders & Files page appear empty like in the follow screenshot.

There are no console error and I already try to reset the Media Library Folders database tables that now does not contain records.
It appear Media Library Folders does not start to populate the table when I open the Folders & Files page.
The table remain empty.

Any suggestion?
