Disable min order amount | WordPress.org

Hello, can you please help me?

Not a long time ago I enabled minimum order amount  (15$) for my website. However I understand that it is not a good idea so I disabled that option. Nevertheless it is still impossible to buy smth above 15$ on my website. I push “procees to checkout” button. But the cart page just doesn’t update if it is less than 15$ in the cart.
– Also I’ve tried to add 1$ minimal amount for orders but still only 15$ works.

– I installed the Woo plugin for min ams max order amount and disable the option of min order amount but it doesn’t works.

– I tried to disable all the plugins from Dashboard > Plugins and activate the required plugins from Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. It doesn’t help.
I can’t figure out where the problem is.
