Dashboard Access Issue: Gateway Time-Out Error (504)


Dear All,

I’m encountering a peculiar issue on my production WordPress site where I’m unable to access the dashboard after logging in. Whenever I attempt to access the dashboard, it results in a Gateway Time-Out Error with the status code 504. However, if I open a new tab, I find that I am already logged in and can access other sections such as posts, plugins, etc without any problem.

I have already taken the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Deactivated several plugins.
  2. Changed the theme.
  3. Verified that the issue does not occur in my local and staging environments.

Despite these efforts, I’m still unable to access the dashboard on my production site. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue and getting the dashboard to load as expected? I would greatly appreciate your help in pinpointing the cause and finding a solution.
