Change H1 tags to H2 – Sounds Simple

Hi Everyone,

I have come here for help as a last resort. My website was written for me by a third party company back in 2018, so its over 6 years old now. The company used WordPress to create the site. We manage the WordPress site ourselves, i think we are averagely competent in using the wordpress editor.

However we have always know that on our home page we have 3 H1 headings, instead of the 1 you should have.

This is what we know are the menu sections labeled as H1 which we need to change.

H1: Introduction

H1: RANGE OF SERVICES

H1: Industry Vertical Markets

We believe need to change H1: RANGE OF SERVICES TO – H2: RANGE OF SERVICES

And H1: Industry Vertical Markets to H3: Industry Vertical Markets

These Menu items ( section items) are on our home page, however when we try to make changes to those menu items there is no choice to change them for Header type anywhere.

All other text items on the home page can easily be edited and the Heading Type changed, but we can no way to find out how to change those two menu items.

Could anyone please give me some pointers what we need to do to change it?
