“File not found. Go to shop”

Hello,

I have an e-commerce which includes digital downloads and it used to work but suddenly, when people now purchase a digital and they go to link to download, it says “file not found. go to shop”

I checked all the permissions to directories and everything I could see as problem but nothing. Still there’s an issue. How can I solve this? It affects by business.
