Firewall blocking urls

How do I stop the firewall from blocking re-editing of a custom product that uses a url like this:

https://www.example.com/product/my-product/?attribute_pa_band-size=248-x-25mm&cart_item_key=d3369105ff8e8858209b35a6fa008b2e

This is the issue: cart_item_key=d3369105ff8e8858209b35a6fa008b2e

When I try to re-edit the product from the cart it takes me to a blank screen.

If I disable the firewall everything works fine.

This happens in both active and training mode.
