I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund immediately

We received an email stating that we have exceeded your pageview limits for your plan.

“For your reference, your OptinMonster Free plan comes with 500 pageviews. You have used 506 so far.

Based on your account settings, we have automatically moved you to the OptinMonster Basic Yearly plan.”
We were completely unaware of the automatic account upgrade. Our business is not large enough to cover the cost at this time.

Please help us cancel our subscription and get our $210 refunded.
